 MASALA BHINDI 

( Masala Ladies Finger Fry)


Ingredients:

  • Ladies finger (or) Bhindi  - 250 gm
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 (sliced)
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/4  tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Wash and wipe the bhindi and slit them lengthwise.

Mix all dry masalas and stuff into bhindi.

Heat oil in a medium size pan put stuffed bhindi and sliced onion into it. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in between.

Serve hot with chapati , curd rice or ghee rice.
