 MUSHROOM BABY CORN MASALA 


Ingredients:

  • Fresh mushrooms  - 250gm  (cut into pieces )
  • American corn (or) Sweet corn - 200 gm
  • Oil of Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 3 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Fresh cream

Method:

Apply maida to the mushroom pieces and keep for 5 minutes and wash thoroughly.

In a microwave safe bowl and corn and microwave covered at 100% power for 5 minutes. Keep it aside .

In a large pan add oil, chopped onion, chopped  tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, and salt cook for 5 to 8 minutes.Stir in between.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder , garam masala and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.Stir in between.

Add the cut mushrooms and blanched corn cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve hot.
